이 약관은 Mac App Store를 통해서만 배포되는 Mac 앱, TinyScribe를 다뤄요.

라이선스

TinyScribe는 Mac App Store가 참조하는 Licensed Application End User License Agreement에 명시된 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)에 따라 당신에게 라이선스가 부여돼요: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Appdafür GmbH는 해당 계약에서 참조하는 앱 제공자이며, Apple이 아니에요.

서비스 내용

TinyScribe는 당신의 Mac에서 미팅을 전사하고 요약해요. 전사는 Apple의 음성 프레임워크를 사용해 기기 내에서 실행돼요. 요약은 Apple Private Cloud Compute를 통해 실행돼요. 둘 다 저희와의 계정에 의존하지 않아요——애초에 계정 자체가 없어요.

TinyScribe는 처음 30회 미팅까지 무료예요——전사와 요약 모두 포함돼요. 그 이후에도 녹음은 계속 작동해요. 새로운 전사와 요약은 일회성 인앱 구매로 잠금 해제되며 소급 처리돼요.

동의에 대한 당신의 책임

You represent and warrant that, before recording any conversation, you have obtained all consents required by applicable law from every participant, and that you comply with all laws governing the monitoring or recording of conversations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of the other participants. You, not us, are solely responsible for such compliance.

보증 없음

TinyScribe는 적용 법률이 허용하는 범위 내에서 "있는 그대로" 제공돼요. 전사와 요약 모두 저희의 통제 밖에 있는 Apple의 프레임워크와 인프라에 의존하기 때문에, 저희는 이들이 항상 오류 없이 또는 항상 이용 가능하다고 보장하지 않아요.
