本条款涵盖 TinyScribe，一款仅通过 Mac App Store 分发的 Mac 应用。

许可

TinyScribe 根据苹果标准的最终用户许可协议（EULA）授权给你使用，具体条款见 Mac App Store 引用的《授权应用最终用户许可协议》：https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Appdafür GmbH 是该协议中所指的应用提供方，而非苹果。

服务内容

TinyScribe 在你的 Mac 上转录并总结会议内容。转录使用苹果的语音框架在设备端运行。摘要通过苹果的 Private Cloud Compute 运行。两者都不依赖我们提供的账户——因为根本没有这样的账户。

TinyScribe 的前 30 次会议免费——包含转录和摘要。之后，录制功能继续可用；新的转录和摘要需要通过一次性应用内购买解锁，随后会被追溯处理。

你对同意的责任

You represent and warrant that, before recording any conversation, you have obtained all consents required by applicable law from every participant, and that you comply with all laws governing the monitoring or recording of conversations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of the other participants. You, not us, are solely responsible for such compliance.

不提供担保

在适用法律允许的范围内，TinyScribe 按「现状」提供。我们不保证转录或摘要功能始终无误或始终可用，因为两者都依赖于苹果的框架和基础设施，超出我们的控制范围。
