I'm Michael. I've been building apps for fifteen years, and for most of that time my meeting notes were a mess of half-typed lines in whatever editor was open.
Every notetaker I tried wanted something from me first: another subscription, an account, my audio on their servers. What I wanted was boring — notes that write themselves and stay on my Mac.
So I built it. TinyScribe is the app I open every workday, and the one I'd want to still work in ten years: bought once, native, quiet.
I'm co-founder of Appdafür, a two-person app studio in Munich that has been building apps for thirteen years. TinyScribe stays maintained the same way our client work does — as a craft, not a growth target.
